Either writing letters is damn tough job for arm or I made the shading a little bit too drastic.. But I guess dragons are supposed to be strong. I wanted his arms to have at least some shape instead of making them same way they are in the cartoony style, but certainly not this much.
Edit: But I still had to tone the shoulder size down a bit to get some mental peace

And yes, I like to draw everything and everyone smiling. I first though about drawing stoned Spike or something but just went for this more appropriate, lil' bit stylized one.

Just that now as the Skyrim came out and I kinda just wanted to get the rest of this done well enough to publish it. Shadows are a bit unclear and many parts are somewhat hastily done.
I also left the letter utterly blank for the same reason.

Hurrrr. At least I now have something submitted this week

Such fantastic shading! I love his cheek-fin. And of course his eyes and smile are great. It might look better if you lengthened the forearms and added some details to the hands. Still this is a wonderful mixture of realism and cartooning.
