FANFIC: "The Seventh Element" [link]


Essentially, what you see here for now is the nightmarish form of Celestia.
As I had fairly free arms on her accessory design, I decided to go for more decorated style as opposed to Nightmare Moon's more armored style. Mixed with my own style, of course.

Even though the official map of Equestria is already out and whatnot, I think I'll still continue picturing lands of Equestria in my own way.. :)

For the second arc of the comics, I thought the Nightmare Forces (though I didn't know the villain's identity at the time) would turn Celestia into Solar Flare and I pictured her looking like this. But no, they turned somepony else... should I say the name?

I think my favourite part about this picture is the fact that Celestia's smile is only faint, so it almost looks like she's winking in and out of not smirking. It's a very nice touch.
